Why choose commercial permanent lighting?
• Attract more people to your business • Make your business stand out after dark • No more hassle of putting up lights • Customize for events and holidays
Will putting permanent outdoor lighting on my building be expensive?
There is always an initial cost, but the ROI is well worth it. LED lights are environmentally friendly and will save you A LOT on your energy bills compared to general lighting.
Outdoor lighting is only for homes, right? Could this actually help my business?
Many companies are taking advantage of permanent outdoor lighting to bring attention to their companies and accent the already beautiful architecture and layout of their locations. It can separate you from your competition. You can make a statement with how you present yourself and there is no better way than with commercial outdoor lighting.
How long does it take to install my lights?
Normally, it takes our team one day to install 150 linear feet.
Are the lights dimmable?
They sure are!

Who this is for
You have a store or restaurant downtown or at Bridge Street, Town Madison or Clift Farm and want the front lit at night.
You manage an office or campus, including sites near Cummings Research Park, where the entrance must stay open and access is controlled.
You serve on an HOA board in Madison, Hampton Cove or Harvest and want the entrance and shared areas lit with the road kept open.
What is included
✓ A survey of the site and a single written quote
✓ Work booked outside your peak hours, early or midweek if needed
✓ Phased installation for long frontages, so you never have to close
✓ Commercial-grade lights and hardware suited to the height and the weather
✓ Service calls during the season if a section fails
✓ Takedown and storage after the season, or a permanent system left in place
✓ Layouts that meet HOA, landlord and historic district rules, including Twickenham and Old Town
How it works, step by step
01
Site survey
We come to the site, measure the frontage and record power, access and any limits on working hours.
02
Quote and schedule
We give you one price and a work schedule based on your hours. You approve both before we book a crew.
03
Phased install
The install is done a section at a time, and entrances stay open.
04
Service and removal
During the season we repair faults. Afterward we remove the display, unless you chose a permanent system.
Why hire a pro instead of doing it yourself
Commercial lighting is mostly planning. The work happens at height above a door people are walking through, and it calls for proper lift equipment and insurance. A shop at Bridge Street cannot give up a Saturday in December, and a secured office site needs permission before a lift arrives. We sort out the timing and access before the install date.
Size matters too. For a long frontage or several buildings we set the phases, keep the look the same on every elevation, and give you one person to call for the whole property. To arrange a survey, call (256) 530-0754.

We offer financing
We’ve partnered with Wisetack to offer our customers flexible financing options, so you can pay over time rather than all at once. The application takes about a minute to complete, and checking your options does not impact your credit score.
Financed jobs start with a $500 deposit.
*All financing is subject to credit approval. Your terms may vary. Payment options through Wisetack are provided by our lending partners. For example, a $5,500 purchase could cost $253.54 per month for 24 months, based on a 9.9% APR, or $1,833.33 per month for 3 months, based on a 0% APR. Offers range from 0 to 35.9% APR based on amount requested and creditworthiness. Not all merchants and lending partners participate in 0% interest programs. Terms range from 3 - 120 months and may vary based on merchant, lending partner, or transaction size. State interest rate caps may apply. No prepaid finance charges or participation fees. See additional terms at wisetack.com/faqs.
Commercial and HOA lighting across the Huntsville metro
Commercial work here concentrates in a handful of places. Bridge Street Town Centre is the metro’s most visible retail and restaurant frontage, and a dark facade beside a lit one loses. Downtown around the square, Twickenham and Lowe Mill run to restored brick where the lighting has to read as architecture rather than decoration. Cummings Research Park and the office and contractor campuses around it are a different problem again — large entrances, long frontages and security lighting already in place. Out west, Town Madison and Clift Farm bring newer retail and hospitality.
The practical constraint is almost never the design. It is access. Retail cannot lose a frontage on a December Saturday, restaurants cannot lose an evening, and lift work at a research-park entrance or on a secured site needs planning and permissions rather than optimism. We schedule around business hours, work in sections, and agree the sequence before anyone is on site.
HOAs get one extra step. If your association has rules about fixture color, brightness or where a track may sit, bring them to the consult — it is far cheaper to design inside the rules than to re-run a job after a board meeting.
