Madison is the most modern housing stock we work on in the valley, and that makes it the most predictable. Almost all of it has gone up since the 1990s as the aerospace and defence workforce expanded west out of Huntsville — straight continuous fascia, sound seamless gutter, wide frontages, and a lot of two-storey elevations with a gable over the entry. Older Madison, around the historic downtown by the railroad, is the exception and is a different job entirely.
On the newer side permanent lighting is the obvious recommendation: the fascia takes a track cleanly, it reads as trim in daylight, and one install replaces every December after it. That matters more here than in most places because people in Madison move for work — a permanent run is a feature the next owner keeps rather than a box in the garage.
What a Madison install actually takes
Height rather than complexity. The rooflines are simple, so the time goes into reaching them: a gable over the entry usually puts the top line out of ladder range, and the newer subdivisions are laid out tightly enough that lift placement needs planning. We settle access on the site visit and run power to a sensible point instead of trailing leads across a lawn.
There is real commercial work here too. Town Madison and Clift Farm are newer retail, hospitality and restaurant frontage where an unlit facade beside a lit one is an easy comparison to make, and those runs get sectioned and scheduled around trading hours rather than dropped in on a Saturday.

Christmas and seasonal light installation in Madison
Seasonal lighting is a full service, not a box of lights from a shelf. We design the display around your roofline, install commercial-grade product cut to fit your house, and service it through the season if anything goes dark. After the holidays we take it down and store it until next year, so nothing lives in your garage and nothing gets crushed between seasons.
Booking order decides the calendar. Installs run in the order they are booked, so the earliest dates go to whoever called first. If you want the lights on before the first weekend of December, get on the list well before the season starts.
Permanent outdoor lighting in Madison

Run warm white on an ordinary evening, color through December, orange and white for a Saturday in autumn, or switch it off entirely. It is all controlled from an app, so nobody climbs anything.
